'As You Like It' By William Shakespeare | Wrestling Match Between Charles and Orlando in 'As You Like It'.
The wrestling match began in the court. Celia wished the young stranger might not be hurt. But Rosalind felt most for him. She compared her state of misfortune to that of Orlando. Rosalind eventually fell in love with him. The sweet and gentle talks of two fair ladies gave Orlando more strength and stamina. No sooner had the match started than young Orlando threw Charles hard.
Charles was badly hurt. He could neither move nor speak. This wonderful performance of Orlando made everyone pleased. The Duke happily enquired of his name and parentage. Two young ladies knew no bounds of joy. Being overwhelmed, Rosalind gave Orlando her own chain as a token of love.
